What Waits in the Woods by Terri Parlato NetGalley Review

 I want to thank NetGalley and the publisher for sending me an advanced copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. Overall, I wasn't a fan of this book. the ending felt weak, and it felt like one of those where we got all the information up until the end. This is my opinion on this book and others could feel differently about it. Overall, I gave this book 1 out 5 stars.

Iris Kelly Doesn't Date by Ashley Herring Blake-REVIEW

            I was so excited to receive a copy of this book in a giveaway. I've really enjoyed this series and it's made me a fan of Ashley Herring Blake. Set against the backdrop of a play of  "Much Ado About Nothing". Iris is distrustful of relationships given what happened to her but the moment she meets Stevie things begin to change. Stevie is not only trying to convince her mutual friends with her ex-girlfriend she's okay, but she also comes up with a plan with Iris; she and Iris will fake so she can get her friends off her back and so Iris can get some inspiration for her latest romance novel. It should be no problem; however, seeing each other and getting to one another every day because of the play makes both of them realize this fake relationship is becoming less and less fake and more real than anything they'd ever felt before.                    I really enjoyed this final book in t...

Anticipated Releases for 2024

 Hello, my fellow readers. It feels like this year has just flown by. Now that we're getting into the new year, I really wanted to talk about some of my most anticipated books of 2024.  Ever since read Iron Widow , the sequel has lived rent-free in my mind and it seems as though we're finally getting a confirmation date as to when it's supposed to be released on April 30, 2024.   The next book is one I wasn't really aware of until about a month ago but the plot sounds like a lot of fun to me, how could I not want to check this out and that is A Fragile Enchantment  by Allison Saft. It kind of gives me vibes similar to the movie, The Wedding Planner with magic. I'll definitely be on the look out for this book on January 02, 2024, to read it as soon as possible.  Another book I'm excited about is the next installment in the Remixed Classics series with Gabe Cole Novoa's  Most Ardently: A Pride & Prejudice Remix .
